I am pleased to be the Nature Champion for the Glow Worm. The Glow Worm is rare in Scotland but can be found in chalky scrubland or in Scotland's West Coast temperate rainforests.

On the last day of Parliament, before Summer Recess, I hold my Action Mesothelioma Debate. This is an opportunity to raise awareness of the asbestos related cancer.

I have campaigned hard to secure commitment from Scot Gov on lifting the time bar on claims from victims of asbestos-related diseases.

I have spoken to numerous constituents concerned about road safety throughout the constituency. In 2024, my team and I delivered hundreds of Road Safety surveys, analysed the results and produced a report which has aided my discussions with stakeholders responsible for road safety in the community.
